KMAC Media offers a full range of creative services for Real Estate Agents. Every day, we strive to reveal the unique charm in every property we photograph. Driven by unwavering commitment, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for helping you thrive in the dynamic real estate market. We want to earn your repeat business.

An average 2 to 3 bedroom home takes approximately 2 hours to shoot. We use a method of shooting called flash/ambient blending, or flambient. This process takes a little longer to shoot than HDR, but the results are far superior.

Turnaround times for photographs are usually the next business day, except on Fridays where you can expect to have them on Monday.

Videos take around 3 days to edit and you will receive them on the 3rd day.

We understand that the real estate market is fluid and things happen or a sale falls through. We do not charge for cancellations, but please let us know if you do want to cancel, as soon as possible.

We are more than happy to work with you at the location, but if you can’t make it, we are comfortable shooting independently. We can access the property via the lockbox and ensure that the property is secure before leaving.
