KEVIN MCCARTHY – Photographer / Videographer

With over two decades of experience in the field of photo/video production, digital imaging, and editing, you can trust that your project is in the hands of a seasoned professional.
My journey in the visual arts began 20 years ago in the bustling news stations of Miami, where I meticulously edited videos and digital images. It was during these early years that I developed a deep appreciation for the power of visual storytelling. The transition from behind-the-scenes editing to capturing moments with a camera was a natural progression. As a freelancer, I honed my skills as a portrait photographer and event videographer as well as a video production producer.
However, my journey took a turn when I embarked on a new chapter in Massachusetts. The Northeast has always held a special place in my heart; the scenic landscapes and the changing seasons were a source of fascination. In late 2019, an opportunity arose to live and work in Boston, and my wife and I decided to seize the chance.
It was here, in the heart of New England, that I discovered my love for capturing the charm, charisma, and unique stories of homes in the Northeast. While South Florida houses boast their own beauty, the wooden homes up north held a special allure for me. The rich history and individual character of each house felt more like home than any cement-based house ever could, and it became clear that focusing on real estate photography and videography in New England was my calling.
Now, I call Plaistow, New Hampshire my home, and I find joy in celebrating the diversity and character of the houses in this region. Each home tells a unique story, and I’m here to capture and share those stories with you.
